Do you need access to my Telegram account?
No. You just tell the bot what to look for and in which chats. No password, login code or account access needed.
Which chats can I monitor?
Public chats and channels — the ones with an @username. Private, invite-only chats aren’t supported.
Where do I find chats?
The bot has ready-made packs of vetted chats by topic: design, development, writing, video, marketing, management and HR. You can also add your own public chats and channels by link — as many as you need.
How do I write a query?
In your own words, the way you’d text a friend: “need Reels editing.” The bot drops filler words, picks out what matters and forgives typos. Put a word in quotes to match it exactly as written.
Can I use the bot for hiring and sales?
Yes. Write a query for any task: “python backend dev open to work” catches candidates, and “recommend an SMM agency” catches people looking for a contractor. The bot sends you the message with a link to it — then you reach out to the author yourself.
Is there team access?
Not yet: accounts are personal, and matches go to whoever created the task. Team access and delivery to several people are on the roadmap. If your team needs this now, email business@telesignal.app — team pricing is available on request.
Will the bot find old messages?
No. The bot only watches new messages — from the moment you create a task. It doesn’t search chat history.
Can the bot read text in images?
No, only the text of messages.
Will I get spammed?
No. You only get messages that match your query. The same message posted in several chats arrives just once. You also have exclusion words and a sensitivity setting.
What happens after the 7-day Pro trial?
The bot moves you to the free plan on its own. Tasks over its limit are paused, nothing is charged, and there’s nothing you need to cancel or renew.
My Telegram only works over a VPN — is that a problem?
No. The bot runs inside Telegram: if Telegram opens for you, your matches will arrive too. If the bot link won’t open in your browser, tap “Not opening?” under the button — you’ll find a direct link to the app, the bot’s @username and a QR code.
